爸妈这次旅游回来对邱导服务很满意。旅行途中与游客互动活跃气氛，让游客能感到轻松，缓解疲劳。因为父母火车票时间临时需要更改，是邱导帮忙更换且帮爸妈送到火车站台。非常感谢！

导游彭超人很不错，车上老年人多，对老年人很照顾，由于北欧各个城市相距较远，车程较长，但是导游很会调节气氛，张弛有度，整个行程没有感觉到疲乏，在车上导游会进行景点的介绍，组织唱歌，播放电视剧，气氛和行程都调节的很好。以前参加大巴游在坐车时总感觉疲乏难耐，但这次没有，感谢彭超导游。 此行德国司机也很好，很可爱，很有礼。

为期7天的北欧之珠在恋恋不舍的中结束了，在彭导的带领之下尽情领略了7天北欧美不胜收的景色，心中是满满的收获。从法兰克福出发穿越德国北部横跨费默海峡；从赫尔辛堡出发横渡北海到达最北端的奥斯陆，彭导的生动有趣的讲解一路伴随着我们，让我们有了一顿北欧风情的饕餮大餐和煦的天气也一直伴随着我们这几天的行程。在行程安排彭导的安排张弛有致让我们能够更多的沉浸于北欧迤逦的风景。期望下次还能跟随彭导的团去更多的地方看不一样的风景感受不一样的风情，纵情于山水之间。

第一次跟团出行，虽然没有自由行自在但是交通住宿不用愁这都是不用说的。北欧消费很高所以酒店以及游轮的安排真的很好了。王导特别尽职尽责。交到志同道合的小伙伴是最大得收获。
